  Luxury hot chocolate probably the best I've ever had. Not to detract from it but it was minus Baltic outside that night and if ever there was need of a lifesaving hot drink that was the occasion. Staff welcoming despite my rather messy post colour-run clothing. and a bit of craic to boot - cheers

  Very disappointed, got a voucher for afternoon tea for two. We were constantly turned away for your establishment on Hill Street as they where closing at 4pm (even though your websites and google search states 5pm). We were told several times to come back the following day around the same time and once again turned away. We came back a third time at half three to then be explained that they didn't have resources to prove the vouchers statement, a polite woman told us to go to the shop on Monaghan street and they would provide the service we requested. Once there we were told the shop was close to closing, 4pm but we insisted the struggle we went through to cash the voucher in as it is valid until October. She agreed to let us stay but she seemed reluctant about it.
  
  Very frustrated with the services and would not recommend.
